I’ve recently got back into nail polishes and coming up with creative ideas. I wanted something girly and pink…simple, yet fun. I decided to do a leopard design, where usually I would complete all my nails with the design, but decided to keep it simple and not too much by just drawing on one nail per hand. The design is super simple and easy to achieve.
For the purpose of making the tutorial, I show the design on my thumb. Originally, I chose my ring finger to have it on.
Products used:
Essie ~ Fiji
Art Deco ~ Black
Nabi ~ Pink 66
Seche Vite
1) Start with a freshly coated solid color. I used Fiji, a very pale pink.

2) With a hot pink, make polka dots all over the nail, in different sizes and shapes.

3) With a thin brush dipped in black polish, outline the shapes but don’t close them completely.

4) Finally, wait for the nail to dry then use a top coat to help prevent chipping and add a shine to your design.
